Are you feeling low, stressed or overwhelmed? Do you want to speak to someone who will understand you in a safe space?
Space 4U is a support service for young people aged 11-17* on the Isle of Wight who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health and who need access to instant emotional and practical support.
We offer two weekly open-access sessions for you to talk to someone in confidence about anything you may be going through. Our workers will support you in a safe space, help you to make positive changes with your mental health and well-being, as well as signpost you to other sources of support.
Sessions will include activities such as art and crafts, mindfulness, games, coping techniques as well as access to one-to-one support.
