Our Services
Sexual Health
It’s important to talk and ask questions about sexual health, but that’s not always easy to do. We get it – it can make you feel awkward.
Here at No Limits, nothing should be awkward. You can ask us about anything and no judgements will ever be made. We are just here to help you and give you real advice and information.
From confidential advice without an appointment, condoms and testing, to our sexual health clinic, see how we can support you.
Our sexual health support for you

Advice & Wellbeing Hub
If you have questions, need advice or information about sexual health, you can talk to one of our youth workers at our Advice Centre or school and college drop-ins, or talk to us via webchat or phone.

Contraception and Testing
At our Advice Centre, we can give you free condoms, pregnancy tests and chlamydia screenings.
Just come down when we’re open and ask a youth worker. Find out more about our Advice Centre in the link below.

Specialist Sexual Health Clinic
Every Thursday, we run a free sexual health clinic at the Advice Centre, where a specialist sexual health nurse can offer you advice as well as forms of contraception including pills, injections and implants. You can also get screening and testing for STIs.
This clinic is by appointment only, so speak to one of our youth workers at the Advice Centre, call 02380 224 224, or fill in a referral form.
Trusted Information
There’s a lot of fake stuff out there. While asking Google about something might be easier than asking a parent or carer and it being easy to believe what your friends say at school, a lot of it isn’t true. Check out these websites for more support, information and advice that is correct, helping you to know what’s true and what’s not.

Let's Talk About It
The Let’s Talk About It website by Solent NHS Trust offers support through online and specialist services, local clinic updates, appointments bookings and testing kit orders.

Brook
Brook’s website is full of information and advice about sexual health and your body. You can also find services near you for a range of sexual health issues.
