Safe Haven Southampton
Safe Haven Southampton offers out-of-hours open-access and one-to-one crisis support for young people aged 11-25 experiencing difficulties with their mental health in the city.
Youth workers are able to support you in different ways with anything that might be affecting your mental health or wellbeing such as managing self-harm or suicidal thoughts, low mood and self-esteem, anxiety or simply needing help in accessing further support.

Open-access
Our open-access is a safe space for you to attend in-person to talk to a youth worker about what you’re going through and you do not need to refer or let us know you’re coming beforehand. One to one sessions can be booked after speaking to the youth worker on the drop in.

If you would like to talk to someone online, Kooth offer free, safe and anonymous webchat seven days a week.
