Get Support
We offer lots of support that you can access straight away and doesn’t require a referral form. See the ‘how we can help’ section of the home page to find this.
If you know what support you need and it requires a referral form, or don’t know what support you need but know you want help, scroll down to find links to our referral forms.
What is a referral form?
It’s a form we use to get you to the right people and get you the right support. In the form, we’ll ask you what you need help with, as well as asking for a few contact details so we can get in touch. Referral forms take just a few minutes to fill in.
If you are a parent/carer, teacher, GP, Mental Health professional or other professional looking after the welfare of a young person, you can refer them to us through the Refer a Young Person form.
Advice & Wellbeing Hub
Our Advice & Wellbeing Hub has lots of different ways you can get support from us, including our Advice Centre, webchat and self-help resources.
Advice Centre
Our Advice Centre in Southampton is accessible by all transport, open six days a week and you can drop in for free, without making an appointment.
