Volunteering
As a charity, we need volunteers to help us support as many children and young people as we can. By volunteering with us, you can make a big contribution your local community.
We offer volunteering roles all across the organisation. These include at our Advice Centre helping young people on our drop-in, at emergency departments across the south, befriending young parents and helping them with parenting skills, and at our out-of-hours Safe Havens.
Take a look below to find out more about volunteering at No Limits.

Our Bright Beginnings service supports young parents up until their child is two years old, helping them to get off to a good start. Volunteer befrienders work with young parents on a one-to-one basis, acting as a role model and supporting them with things like their baby’s health, attending meetings and accessing benefits.

Without our volunteer counsellors, we wouldn’t be able to see as many people as we do. Counselling is high in demand and volunteer counsellors give us much needed extra capacity, helping young people to be seen quicker.
