Get Involved
Opportunities for Young People
At No Limits, we have opportunities for young people to get involved. Young people get involved for lots of different reasons. Some want to gain experience, some want to be part of a community, and some want to give back.
See how you can currently get involved below and keep a look out for more as we increase our opportunities for young people.

Service Involvement
See below for how we want young people to get involved in shaping and improving our services.
Service Involvement
There are lots of different ways that we want you to get involved, that will help to shape the way we deliver our services to young people:
Interviews
Interviewing potential new staff with us can help us to see how they are with young people, as well as being able to get feedback from you on what you thought of them. This will help us to pick the very best people to work with us.
Staff Training
Our staff can learn a lot from your lived experience. Including your experiences in our training can help them to understand young people’s issues better, know how they’re feeling and what they’re going through, and give them better support.
Reviewing our Policies
When we look at our policies, you can help us to improve them by telling us how young people feel about them.
Mystery Shopping
This is a great way for us to find out how our services are doing and if there are any things we can work on.
Campaigning
We want to know what issues matter to you and help you to campaign on them, promoting your voice and your rights.
