Our Services
Paid-For Services
We have a wealth of experience providing information, advice and counselling to children and young people. Through our trading arm, we offer our knowledge and services to a wide range of people, including sessions for students and staff in education settings, youth worker support and private counselling for young people.
Every penny of the profits raised is reinvested into the No Limits charity, to continue supporting children and young people throughout Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton.
All services are delivered by No Limits’ highly trained and experienced youth workers and counsellors.
Our services

We provide private, low-cost one-to-one children and young person’s counselling, family counselling and parenting consultation through our community-based initiative, Avenue Counselling.

£65 per session for family counselling (10-12 sessions)
£45 per session for parenting consultation (4-6 sessions)
Sessions can take place at 35 The Avenue, Southampton, online or over the phone.

Safeguarding Children and Young People
We operate in an environment where safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people is paramount. Our recruitment and selection processes follow safer recruitment principles and all our staff providing work with schools and colleges have Enhanced DBS with child and adult barred list checks.
Training led by experts
To have expert advice and support on topics that are so important is very rare these days. I value the work and help from No Limits immensely – thank you.
