Whether you’re going through something difficult, want to make a relationship better, or want general advice, we’re here to help you.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a long term partner, new relationship or a friendship, they all matter and if you feel you want advice or support, you can get that from us.

Our relationship support for you
Advice & Wellbeing Hub
Our Hub gives you lots of ways to get relationship support. From our Advice Centre and schools in Southampton, to online and phone support wherever you are.
Domestic and Sexual Abuse Support
Our youth workers at the Advice Centre are all trained to give specialist support around abuse. If you think you need help, please drop in and speak to us.
Counselling
If you’ve been going through a break-up, or a relationship has broken down and you’re struggling with how you feel, speaking to one of our counsellors may help you.
Breakout Youth
Our sibling charity, Breakout Youth, is a charity for young people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight aged 11-25 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or who are unsure of or exploring their sexual or gender identity.
They offer a range of support including confidential one-to-one sessions, youth groups to socialise and make friends, trips out and online groups.
