Our Services
Advice & Wellbeing Hub
There’s lots of ways you can get in contact with us and ask for advice and support. From in-person, to online and phone support, we’ve got you covered.
If you live in or are visiting Southampton and you want support, you can see us at our Advice Centre for free, without having to make an appointment. School and college students in the city can also talk to us at one of our drop ins in your school or college.
Our virtual services are accessible to young people across Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. Talk to a youth worker over web chat, give us a call, or have a look at our self-help resources.
Advice Centre
Our Advice Centre in Southampton is accessible by all transport, open six days a week and you can drop in for free, without making an appointment.
In Schools and Colleges
Our youth workers are in schools and colleges across Southampton every week, bringing our support to you.
Self-Help Resources
We have lots of resources so if you can’t or don’t want to speak to a youth worker, you can still get information and advice wherever, whenever.
Detached Youth Work
We have a team of youth workers that go out into Southampton city centre and work with young people in locations they are already accessing, like the parks and shopping centres. We know that not all young people want to go to our Advice Centre, but that doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t still get support. If you see our detached team out and about and you need support with anything, they are there to help you.
Web Chat
If you want to talk to someone but can’t come and see us, you can talk to a youth worker online via our web chat. Just click the ‘Leave A Message’ button in the bottom right corner. Web chat is available:
