No Limits is a rewarding, supportive and vibrant place to work and volunteer. We have three types of opportunity available – paid jobs, volunteering and student placements.
Every role in our organisation is really important to helping us run and support thousands of children and young people each year. All the staff, volunteers and students who give their time are passionate about helping those who need it.
Paid and voluntary roles range from a few hours a week, up to full time at 37 hours, and are based in several locations across Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.
Our staff are passionate about helping children and young people and, in turn, we support them to develop their careers, while enabling them to balance work with their home life.
We are a diverse workforce of over 130 paid staff and we welcome applications from anyone with experience relevant to the role. We are proud that many of our staff are using their own lived experience to support young people facing similar challenges.
We are committed to being a great place to work, where people achieve and feel valued. In our most recent People survey, 98% of staff said they were proud to tell people they work or volunteer for No Limits.

If you are looking for a long-term placement as part of your college or university course, and / or to develop your skills and experience, you can work directly with children and young people, or in support roles, such as in administration, project management, IT and Data, and HR.
No Limits actively encourage individuals to apply from under-represented backgrounds, people from ethnically diverse communities, people with disabilities and people from the LGBTQ+ community. We want our workforce to represent a unique blend of experiences, backgrounds, perspectives and knowledge as we recognise that diversity makes us stronger.
