Our Services
Housing and Homelessness
Our support for housing and homelessness runs out of our Advice Centre in Southampton, where there are lots of facilities for you to use, like toilets, a shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and more.
If you haven’t got anywhere to live, are struggling to find somewhere, need help with where you live, are sofa surfing or living in a dangerous environment, please come and speak to us at the Advice Centre and we will support you in any way we can.

Advice Centre Facilities
Our Advice Centre has lots of facilities to help you, whether you’re homeless, sofa surfing, just need somewhere to access facilities or be a safe space.
Facilities include toilets, a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, access to toiletries, clothing, food and drink, computers and printers.
Find out more and when we’re open below.

Our Youth Workers
As well as the facilities at our Advice Centre, our youth workers are also there to help you with anything you need.
They can help you with filling out applications, finding places to live, provide you with essential items and signpost to other helpful organisations.

Community Support
This support is for 16-21 year olds (or up to 25 for care leavers) and gives help with maintaining and settling into tenancies, talking to landlords, as well as helping you with finances and living skills.
Our specialist Community Support workers will meet you one-to-one at our Advice Centre, in the community or at your home.
Just drop-in to the Advice Centre, call 02380 224 224 or refer below.
