No Limits partners with independent coffee shops for Mental Health Awareness Week

This week, we have partnered with independent coffee shops in Southampton to raise awareness of our free, life-changing mental health support.

Participating shops will have No Limits takeaway cups, featuring a breathing technique and a QR code to find more mental health tips and information.

Customers having a drink sitting in the shop will receive one of three wallet card designs, with a breathing or grounding technique on one side and a positive affirmation on the other.

In every shop, you can also find leaflets with tips to help you look after your mental health, and leaflets about our services, as we look to reach as many people as possible this week and hopefully help in a small way, whether that’s starting a conversation, making someone consider their own wellbeing or that of friends and family, or making someone realise that they are not alone.

You can find No Limits cups in:
– Happy Bean Coffee Bar, Bedford Place
– Retro Cafe, Bedford Place
– The Nest, London Road,
– Mettricks, Guildhall, Westquay and Portswood Road

Don’t forget to take a picture of your No Limits coffee cup or wallet card, tagging No Limits and the shop you bought from on Instagram or Facebook to be in with a chance of winning a free coffee from that shop! Winners will be announced next week.

Each shop has a limited supply of cups and cards and will be handed out on a first come first serve basis.
