Crime & Violence
Trained youth worker support for victims and perpetrators of crime and violence.

Detached Team
Youth workers out and about in Southampton city centre locations that young people already use.

Education & Employment
Trained youth worker support for any aspect of school, college, university or work.

ED and Social Prescribing
Youth worker support for young people in hospitals and the community across our region.

Emotional Resilience
A group for 11-25 year olds, covering understanding and identifying emotions.

Family
Trained youth worker support for young people around any aspect of their family life.

Housing & Homelessness
Trained youth worker support including finding safe accommodation and essential facilities.
Individual Placement Support (IPS)
One-to-one employment support for 16-25 year olds accessing No Limits’ mental health support.

Mental Health Transitions
Support for young people aged 16-25 in Hampshire around the transitions in their lives.

Money
Support from trained youth workers for your finances including budgeting, debt and benefits.

Paid-for Services
Paid-for one-to-one counselling and support for schools and other organisations.

Relationships & Sexuality
Trained youth worker support around your relationships and sexuality.

Safe Haven NEHF
Out-of-hours mental health crisis support in North East Hampshire and Farnham.

Out-of-hours mental health crisis support on the Isle of Wight.

Online information and support from our youth workers on a wide range of topics and issues.

Sexual Health
Trained, discreet sexual health support from trained youth workers and a sexual health nurse.

A weekly support and social group for young people aged 18-25 who identify as female.

Time 4U
A weekly group in Southampton for young people aged 8-18 with special educational needs.

Therapeutic Support
Counselling and mental health and wellbeing support from youth wellbeing practitioners.

Virtual Services
Support from our youth workers over the phone and via webchat on our website.
