Upcoming Safe Haven Southampton and Space 4U Changes
15th July 2025
From Monday 21st July, Safe Haven Southampton and Space 4U on the Isle of Wight will have a few changes.
Safe Haven Southampton is adding additional one-to-one sessions on a Wednesday, as well as new Wellbeing Sessions, where our team can help you to improve your wellbeing through games, crafts and other activities.
Both are changing their drop-in sessions to be called open-access sessions, which give young people the opportunity to get support if they are in crisis with their mental health and speak to a trained youth worker without needing to make an appointment.
Space 4U open-access sessions will have new times, which will be the same on Mondays and Tuesdays and the age limit for young people with additional needs on the Island has been raised from 18 to 25.
To attend Wellbeing Sessions or book a one-to-one, you will need to refer through the forms on our website, rather than phoning or texting the Safe Haven mobile number.
