Mental Health
Safe Havens
Our Safe Havens offer out-of-hours drop-in and one-to-one crisis support for young people experiencing difficulties with their mental health in Southampton, the Isle of Wight, and North East Hampshire.
Drop-in sessions are in person and you don’t have to get in touch before turning up. Here, you can talk with youth workers and other young people about how you’re feeling and join in with activities.
You can talk to a youth worker privately in a one-to-one. They are by appointment only and can be done in-person, online or over the phone. Get in touch with your Safe Haven team to make an appointment using the phone numbers in the information below.

A safe place
I knew that I would be able to come back to Safe Haven and be supported just like I was before. I know that this is a safe place to talk about my thoughts and feelings and it is really helpful to come here.
