Step Up for Mental Health this May

This May, we’re asking you walk 10,000 steps a day, raising money and awareness for No Limits and the mental health support we offer to young people.

Last year, we supported 4,000 young people with their mental health. That’s a 21% increase on the year before and that number is still increasing. With your amazing fundraising efforts, we will be able to reach even more young people in need.

As well as supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people, you’ll also be supporting your own, as walking 10,000 steps a day will help to boost your mood, reduce stress and improve sleep.
