Get Support

You can get support from No Limits in a number of ways, including in-person, online and over the phone.

Our Advice & Wellbeing Hub has lots of ways to get support straight away, without you needing to wait or make an appointment. This includes youth worker support at our Advice Centre and Avenue drop-in, our school and college drop-ins and advice phone line.

Some support, like counselling and therapeutic support, one-to-one help, groups and specific services will require a referral. To access this, fill in one of our forms below or, you can go down to our Advice Centre or call us, where our team will help you to get to the right place.

Refer to No Limits

Click one of the buttons below to be taken to our referral forms.

A referral form is what we use to get you to the right people and get you the right support. In the form, we’ll ask you what you need help with, as well as asking for a few contact details so we can get in touch. Referral forms take just a few minutes to fill in.

If you are a parent or carer, teacher, GP, mental health professional or other adult looking after the welfare of a young person, you can refer them to us through the Refer a Young Person form.
