Our popular walking challenge for May in aid of No Limits’ mental health services is returning for its second year.
Last year, we raised almost £4,000 through the challenge. We’d love to smash that total this time!
All you have to do is walk, jog, hop, skip or run 8,000 steps for each day in May, raising money for our free mental health support for young people aged 5-25 in our area. You can tackle this challenge solo, with a friend or family member and definitely with dogs (don’t forget to send us pictures!).
You can also come along to our community wellbeing walk and a cuppa, taking place during Mental Health Awareness Week on Monday 12th May at 5pm, starting and finishing at our HQ on The Avenue. We’ll do a short route around Southampton Common then head back for coffee and cake! Look out for more details closer to the time.
