Southampton Ukulele Jam set UK record with 30-hour fundraiser
11th August 2025
Southampton Ukulele Jam have set the UK record for the longest marathon ukulele jam, whilst raising money for four Southampton charities, including No Limits.
At the historic God’s House Tower, the Jam started playing at 10am on Saturday 9th August and were playing until just gone 4pm the following day, totaling over 30 hours of ukulele jamming.
Raising funds for No Limits, the Society of St James, Mountbatten Hampshire and Yellow Door, they have received well over £10,000 in donations which will be split between the four charities, which is more than deserved for their incredible efforts.
