How do I get in to the Advice Centre?

1) Ring the buzzer
For safety reasons, we have to keep our front door shut, so when you get here, push the very top button on the pad to the right of the door.

2) Come on in
One of our friendly youth workers will open the door and let you in. They will ask if you’re here to see anyone in particular.

3) Make yourself at home
You’ll be free to take a seat in our drop-in space while our youth worker gets you a drink before chatting to you.

What support is available?
At our Advice Centre, you can get support from youth workers on all the issues we help with. Common things our youth workers support young people with are mental health and wellbeing, relationships, housing, financial advice and employment.
Do I need to refer or book?
You don’t have to make an appointment or let us know you’re coming to drop in and talk to a youth worker. You can just turn up while we’re open and one of our youth workers will let you in. Once you’re in and settled, we might ask you a few questions just so we can get to know you and your situation and find out how we can support you best.
Take a look at our issue-specific pages to see what support we offer.
