Advice & Wellbeing Hub

There’s lots of ways you can get in contact with us and ask for advice and support. From in-person, to online and phone support, we’ve got you covered.

If you live in or are visiting Southampton and you want support, you can see us at our Advice Centre for free, without having to make an appointment. School and college students in the city can also talk to us at one of our drop ins in your school or college.

Our virtual services are accessible to young people across Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. Talk to a youth worker over web chat, give us a call, or have a look at our self-help resources.

Our Safe Havens & Space 4U teams run webchat on our website, where you can talk to them about your mental health without needing an appointment. Just click the ‘Webchat’ button in the bottom right corner. Webchat is available:

Monday 3:30 – 6:00pm | 8:00 – 9:00pm
Tuesday 4:00 – 6:00pm
Wednesday 4:30 – 6:30pm | 8:00 – 9:00pm
Thursday 9:00 – 10:00pm
Friday 3:30 – 5:30pm
