About Us

Where to Find Us

We have two locations in Southampton – our Advice Centre on the High Street and our office site on The Avenue (currently being renovated).

Most of our support runs out of the Advice Centre, but some groups and counselling take place at The Avenue. We also have a few services that run in other locations. Where this happens, the location will be mentioned on those service pages.

Here, you will find information on both our Advice Centre and The Avenue, their transport links and parking.

While The Avenue is being renovated, we’re temporarily at The Boathouse on Cranbury Terrance. Scroll down to find out about this site.
