This plan links to the i-THRIVE framework and will help you to improve your mental health and wellbeing and begin to thrive, no matter what stage you are at.

The i-THRIVE framework outlines five groups of people, all at different stages with their mental health.

There are those that are:
– Getting risk support
– Getting advice
– Getting help
– Getting more help
– Thriving

The questions will help you to consider what has helped your mental health and what you can continue to do to have positive wellbeing.
