A self-soothe box is something you can go to when you need to help yourself and your wellbeing if you are feeling low or you feel like you’re in a crisis.

Make your own self-soothe box with our template, and write down on slips of paper some things that you can do, or remind yourself of when you need to support yourself. These things can be anything that you think will help you. We’ve included some examples and some blank slips to get your started.

You can fold the box and lid either way, so you can decorate the box yourself or use the design we’ve made.
