The Avenue Facilities Hire
Following a refurbishment through the Youth Investment Fund in 2025, we now have three rooms suitable for meetings, training and group work available for hire at our site at 34 The Avenue.
Each room is bright, airy and welcoming with vivid furniture adding a splash of colour. Two rooms are fully accessible and also have direct access to our peaceful, landscaped garden. All rooms have Wi-Fi connectivity and refreshments (tea, coffee, milk etc) are also available upon request.
Please let us know if you have further requirements.
We particularly welcome interest from other charities, youth organisations, community groups and local businesses. One-off bookings or regular contracts are available.

Where to find us
We are based at 34-35 The Avenue, Southampton. The Avenue is a main route in and out of the city, with public car parks nearby. It is also a main bus route, with a bus stop right outside.
There are cafes and shops for lunch and coffee nearby, with more available on London Road which is just a short walk away.

The Treehouse
The Treehouse is a self-contained unit based in the garden at 34 The Avenue and is ideal for training and groups.
Capacity: 16+
Facilities are set up to accommodate 16 people on four tables, but additional chairs can be added to the room if needed. There are also two sofas, four bean bags, a football table, an accessible toilet and kitchenette with cups, glasses, an urn and a fridge. Refreshments (tea/coffee etc.) can be provided upon request.
The main room is equipped with a Smart TV and HDMI cable allowing presentations and videos to be shown, and has Wi-Fi connection. If you require a flip chart paper and stand, please let us know.
The Treehouse also has a separate room which can be used as a break-out space or for one-to-one appointments, and direct access to the garden with built-in seating.
A parking spot is available for the lead booker/facilitator and other spaces may be able available depending on the time of the booking.

£25 per hour

Treehouse Gallery

The Creative Space
The Creative Space is on the ground floor at 34 The Avenue and is ideal for training and meetings.
Capacity: 12
The room is set out with a conference table and 12 chairs, a conference screen with an HDMI cable and Wi-Fi connectivity for hybrid meetings, presentations and videos, and a small whiteboard. If you require a flip chart paper and stand, please let us know.
The Creative Space is fully accessible, with an accessible toilet located next to the room.
Access to the garden with built-in seating is also accessible via the room.
A working kitchen is available in 34 with a water boiler, fridge, dishwasher and crockery. If you require full access to the kitchen including microwave, oven and hob, this can be arranged. Refreshments (tea/coffee etc.) can be provided upon request.
If you would like to use a breakout space, our Lounge can also be booked, free of charge (if available).

Creative Space Gallery

Rainbow
Rainbow is a meeting and conference room location on the first floor at 34 The Avenue.
Capacity: 12+
Please note there is no lift in the building, so this room is not accessible by wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
Rainbow is a large space with movable/foldable tables and 12 chairs, with more chairs able to be added if required. There is a ceiling projector and screen, with free Wi-Fi as well as a large whiteboard. If you require a flip chart paper and stand, please let us know.
Toilets are upstairs on the other side of the landing, as well as downstairs. There is a working kitchen available with a water boiler, fridge, dishwasher and crockery. If you require full access to the kitchen including microwave, oven and hob, this can be arranged. Refreshments (tea/coffee etc.) can be provided upon request.
