Kooth Webinars for Parents and Carers

This March, Kooth are holding a  free webinars for parents and carers to find out more about their services and how they can support their child with exam stress.

Kooth is an anonymous online mental health and wellbeing service for young people aged 13+. Their support includes webchat with trained counsellors, information and advice on a range of topics, and a non-judgmental forum for peer support.

This webinar will tell you about Kooth’s services and cover:
– Supporting your child during difficult times
– How to talk to your children about their feelings
– Parents and carers Kooth FAQs

The About Kooth webinar takes place on:
– Thursday 12th March, 7:30 – 8:00pm – Meeting link here
– Friday 13th March, 1:00 – 1:30pm – Meeting link here

How you can support your child to manage exam stress
This 45 minute webinar will be led by Kooth’s community engagement team and clinicians, and will cover
– When to take action
– Practical ideas to help children manage their anxiety
– How Kooth can provide extra support

Content is aimed at families with secondary and higher aged children sitting GCSEs or A-Levels.
