Limitless Giving
No Limits’ regular givers are supporting young people in their community for the long term.
The four people in this video have been supported by No Limits from childhood into adulthood. Our support and its impact can last a lifetime. Regular giving helps us to be there for young people, supporting them all the way through their journey and any challenges it brings.
Watch the video to see how our support changes and saves lives.

Help us meet rising demand
Across the support sector, demand for services is rising. At No Limits, we have seen stark increases in demand for support with benefits, income and tax (35%), housing (25%) and mental health (21%).
However, budgets are getting tighter, waiting lists are getting longer and the issues young people face are getting worse.
That is why No Limits needs you.
We can be there for young people in our community in their time of need.
By giving regularly, you make sure young people have support that is:

Free
Young people never have to pay a single penny for our support.

Confidential
No Limits is a safe space, where young people can talk privately to a trained youth worker.

About anything
No Limits will never turn a young person away. Our youth workers are here to help with anything they are going through.

At any time
Our Advice Centre on Southampton High Street is open six days a week. Young people can access support there whenever they need, without needing an appointment.

At any place
Youth workers are available in-person, over the phone, through web chat and email, meaning young people can get help from anywhere in our area.

Without having to wait
No appointment is needed to speak to a youth worker at our Advice Centre or over the phone, meaning young people can access support instantly.
Without your support, I wouldn’t be here.
More than just a donation
As a regular giver, your donation will go further. It isn’t just money you’re giving, it’s a lifeline, a chance, a beacon of hope. You will be giving young people the tools they need to build a brighter, happier future for themselves, whatever they are facing.
Your donations are so important to us, because we can spend them where the need is greatest. One month, you could be helping young people attending a Hampshire emergency department in crisis, and the next month, you could be finding employment for a young person, setting them off on their dream career.
You can donate any amount, for as long as you want, and it’ll all go to providing young people with life-changing support.
You’ll help us to be here for the long term, supporting young people now and tomorrow.

The money our regular givers raise us every year through our Limitless Giving programme makes a huge difference, giving us security for the future and allowing us to keep supporting vulnerable children and young people in your community.
Become a No Limits regular giver today and give young people the help they need.

Who are No Limits?
We are a charity supporting young people under 26 across Southampton, Hampshire, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight with a wide range of issues. Things we help young people with include mental health, employment, parenting, housing and homelessness.
Our support is free, confidential and all under one roof, meaning young people can get help with multiple issues at the same time.
Each year, we support around 7,000 young people, with many coming to No Limits for help in crisis or needing support with multiple issues.
Our Advice Centre on Southampton High Street is open for over 40 hours each week, across six days. Young people can drop in whenever they need and talk to a youth worker about anything, without having to make an appointment.
