Your Role
As Head of IT & Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering No Limits’ digital, technology, and data vision. This role is key to ensuring our systems are efficient, secure, and future-proof, supporting our mission to empower children and young people. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to oversee IT operations, lead data management strategies, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing strategic oversight of IT infrastructure, systems, and outsourced IT providers to ensure they meet organisational needs effectively and efficiently.
- Leading data management strategies to ensure accurate, high-quality data collection and reporting that informs service delivery and demonstrates our impact.
- Driving continuous improvement in how we use technology to enhance efficiency and support service delivery.
- Overseeing IT operations, including data security, compliance, and business continuity, while acting as the Data Protection Officer.
- Managing relationships with external IT providers and supporting internal teams.

You’ll Have the Essentials Of:
- Strong technical expertise, particularly with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and PowerApps.
- Proven experience in managing IT operations and data functions.
- Knowledge of data protection and GDPR compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
