Coronavirus may have changed the way we work, but we’re still here to offer you help and support through our virtual services. Our friendly Youth Workers are on the other side of the phone, keyboard and video call to support you with anything you’re going through, including housing and homelessness, mental health, sexual health, domestic abuse, substance misuse, debt, caring, parenting and more.
Our youth Workers are available to talk to you during the following hours:
Monday: 10am-5pm
Tuesday: 10am –5pm
Wednesday: 1.30pm –8pm
Thursday: 10am –8pm
Friday: 10am-5pm
Saturday: 10am –1.30pm

If you’d prefer to contact us via email, you can get in touch by emailing [email protected] and one of our Youth Workers will be in touch. Your confidentiality is really important to us, and so we have systems in place to ensure our emails are safe and secure.

We also offer a web chat service on our website, giving you instant access to advice and support during our opening hours listed above. This is a great opportunity for you to access support in the safety of your own home or when you’re out and about. Zoom Support Sessions
Our Youth workers are running a range of support sessions via Zoom, covering topics including online safety, relationships, anxiety, anger, emotions, substance misuse and more.
