I am an employer, what do I need to know?
No. It’s a free, evidence-based employment programme that supports young people who have a desire to work and in receipt of support from No Limits.
Ongoing support to both employer and employee, including practical guidance and someone to check in with if any issues arise.
No big changes will be needed, however if any are, the employment specialist worker at No Limits will guide you through it to make it easy.
The employment specialist is ready to resolve any issues and provide ongoing support. If this still doesn’t work, that’s okay and they will respectfully manage your person to move forward with alternative employment.
There is no fixed limit, as long as the employee feels like they need it, Typically, support can last for several months.
You are not tied into IPS. It’s free, low-risk and the young person will have a desire to work in the role. Support is provided to ensure there is minimum work for the employer to do and maximum support by the employer specialist to see the employee thrive.
