Youth Worker (Lead) – Denmead Group Work


No Limits are a Youth Information, Advice and Counselling service supporting young people under 25 across the South.  We are committed to supporting and empowering young people to achieve and live independent and positive lives.

As part of this we are currently in the position to recruit casual youth workers to support the work of our No Limits Trading department. We are looking for people who are passionate about providing children and young people with a quality youth provision in multiple settings across the South.

Our current opportunities are listed below, however successful applicant would then be invited to take up further opportunities as they arise:

Youth Worker (Lead) – Denmead Group Work – 7 hours per week
Youth Worker (Assistant) – Denmead Group Work –  2x 7 hour per week roles / 4 x 3.5 hour per week roles  (See separate job details at

Applicants will need to display enthusiasm and passion for young people’s rights and engagement, coupled with youth work skills to enable young people to improve their knowledge, skills and opportunities through education, group work and support. It is these relationships with young people that will contribute to the project’s success.

Starting salary:  SCP8 (£10.37 per hour)
Hours: 7 Hours per week Tues & Thurs evenings (term-time only) with occasional additional activity days during breaks. 28 days holiday (pro rata based on 37 FTE) plus bank holidays.  Includes evenings and occasional weekends.  Fixed term contract to August 2020.
