Information and Advice Volunteer

Do you want to help support disadvantaged children and young people in Southampton?

We’re looking for Information and Advice Volunteers to work alongside No Limits’ staff to help deliver information, advice and support to young people aged 11-25 at our Advice Centre in Central Southampton.

As an Information and Advice Volunteer, you will work with young people to help them identify their needs, make informed choices about their lives, and refer where appropriate. Part of your role will also be to meet and greet young people on arrival at the Advice Centre, helping them to feel welcome and comfortable. It will be a requirement that you complete No Limits monitoring forms to the standard required, attend regular supervision sessions, and that you attend mandatory training.

We require that you sign up to volunteer for a minimum of 1-2 sessions per week so that both you and the young person are able to gain the most out of the experience.
