Business Support Officer – Maternity Cover

 

No Limits are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer to work closely with our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in our Head Office.

The main focus of the role will be to provide comprehensive professional support to the SLT with their day to day activities so our ideal candidate will have a wide range of administrative experience as well as a thorough understanding of using Microsoft Office. This is a demanding role that requires you to work independently with minimal instruction from the SLT. You will be expected to help create new business process/systems to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The role will also be responsible for attending and minuting the management committee/trustee meetings which includes one evening meeting every other month so previous experience of taking minutes will be essential.

This position would suit a highly organised individual that enjoys the challenge of a varied workload. As a valued member of the team you will be expected to manage your own diary and multitask in order to meet the needs of the business.

The 30 hours must be worked over a minimum of four days which will include Mondays and Wednesdays. We are flexible for the 30 hours to be stretched over 5 days (Monday-Friday) if that is the candidate’s preference.

Starting salary: SCP 14 to 20 (£22,462 to £25,295 pro rata based on 37 hrs per week)
Hours: 30 hours per week over a minimum of 4 days which must include Mondays and Wednesdays. Occasional evening/weekends. Fixed term maternity cover post
