Youth Worker – Social Action and Change


No Limits are committed to engaging children and young people in a meaningful way across the organisation. We are looking for a candidate who has a commitment to co-production and delivery, is passionate about providing children and young people with the skills and confidence to advocate for change and the experience of engaging young people in participative and educational opportunities.

We are currently recruiting one 25 hour per week Youth Worker to led on a co-production approach to social action and change within the organisation and within local communities.

Applicants will need to display leadership qualities, enthusiasm and passion for young people’s rights and social change, coupled with youth work skills to enable young people to improve their knowledge and skills through education, group work and one to one support. It is these relationships with young people that will contribute to the project’s success.

Additional hours may also be available to the right candidate to support the delivery of additional group work within the organisation.

Starting salary: SCP 9 (£20, 344 pro rata based on 37 hours FTE)
Hours: 25 hours a week permanent post. This may include some evenings and weekends.
