Youth Worker – Emergency Department & Social Prescribing – Portsmouth

No Limits have been successfully running a pilot project in Portsmouth Queen Alexandra emergency department (ED) and we are looking to expand this offer.  The successful applicant will provide direct support to children and young people through both in the emergency department and in the community. By helping the young person to connect with specialist support and other community services through social prescribing.  37hrs per week including some evenings and weekends , SCP 13 £22,627 (pro rate based on 37hrs FTE). Youth Worker – Social Prescribing – 111

We are recruiting for two 22.5 hour per week ‘Youth Worker – Social Prescribing - 111’ roles to be based at Otterbourne and No Limits - Southampton,  working within a busy team to provide information, advice, and guidance to children and young people over the phone who have called 111 for support with their mental health. 22.5 hrs per week, flexible but may include some evenings and weekends. No Limits are seeking a dynamic, experienced Youth Worker to work with and support a wide variety of young people in group settings and to plan and facilitate these sessions based on the young people's interests and needs. 30 hours per week, with evening and weekend work required. Primary Mental Health Worker

An exciting opportunity has opened in our Primary Mental Health project - a partnership between No Limits and CAMHS (Child and adolescent mental health service) to provide an early intervention approach supporting children and young people’s mental health and emotional wellbeing. Based both at No Limits and at CAMHS, interventions will be delivered through No Limits bases, education settings and health care settings. Full-time 37hrs per week, SCP 9 £20,903p.a.
