This Mental Health Awareness Week is focusing on loneliness.

We all feel lonely from time to time, but long-term loneliness is closely linked to mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. Our Youth Ambassadors have made a video explaining what loneliness meant for them.

 

Over half of 17-23 year olds say their mental health has deteriorated since 2017

THIS IS NOT OK.

 

Last year we helped over 2000 young people with their emotional wellbeing.
