No Limits turns 25!
This year we’re celebrating our 25th birthday, and we’d love you to join our celebrations so that we can continue to support vulnerable children and young people across Southampton and Hampshire.

Where it all started

No Limits was set up in 1993 through a group of young people and a number of agencies in Southampton identifying that young people needed access to information, advice and counselling.

Representatives of Youth Justice, Mental Health Services, the Health Authority, Social Services and the Youth Service came together and the Shirley open access drop-in centre was born (pictured).

In our first full year of operation (1994-1995), No Limits offered information and advice to 225 young people in Southampton. Today, we have grown to support thousands of children and young people each year through our Advice Centre, counselling, Health and Wellbeing drop-in sessions in schools and colleges and through the specialist projects we deliver in Southampton and across Hampshire.

25 for 25
To help us celebrate, we’d love you raise £25 for us over the next year.
For £25 we can:
• Provide 5 food bags for homeless young people
• Hold a support group session for 6 young people
• Provide shower and laundry facilities for 10 young people
• Use food from Fareshare for five Cook and Eat sessions, teaching young people how to feed themselves well
• Provide a young carer with a fun day out and respite from their caring duties

We support thousands of young people each year and demand for our services is growing. So why not save your loose change, take on a sponsored challenge, hold an event, or make an online donation and help us to make a difference.
