Parents and Professionals
If you’re a parent or carer, teacher or wellbeing lead, GP or other health professional, this page will tell you more about how No Limits can support your young person.
Support is always free and confidential, with options available that don’t require an appointment or referral form.
We can offer help in a variety of ways in person, as well as online or over the phone, being adaptable to the needs of the young person and what they feel comfortable with.
More about our services
How to refer
Some of our services require a referral to be accessed, so we know how many young people we’re helping and how we should support them. To refer, fill out our online referral form in the link or call 02380 224 224.
Issues we support with
Covering a wide range of issues, our services are all free and confidential. Some services, like groups and counselling, may have a waiting list. To see what we offer, see the ‘How Can We Help’ section of the home page.
Advice Centre
Our Advice Centre in Southampton is accessible by all transport, open six days a week and young people can drop in for free, without making an appointment and get support for a number of issues.
School and College Drop-Ins
Our youth workers are in schools and colleges across Southampton every week with an information board about a topic as well as offering one-to-ones, bringing our support to the young people.
School Sessions
We offer educational sessions to secondary school groups around either sexual health in Hampshire or substances in Southampton.
Self-Help Resources
We have lots of resources available at the click of a button, so young people can find out more and help themselves.
Paid-For Services
We offer one-to-one counselling, support for students and staff at schools and colleges and training for voluntary organisations and groups, through our paid-for services. All services are delivered by our highly trained and experienced youth workers and counsellors and all profits raised go straight into the No Limits charity, helping to continue supporting children and young people.
