DASH Substance Misuse Care Coordinator

No Limits are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic worker to join the DASH team to support young people aged 11-24 with substance misuse issues. This will entail taking a holistic and collaborative approach to case holding, and will involve assessing young people, devising care plans and offering specialist substance advice and information. DASH deliver a range of interventions including open access, 1-2-1 and group interventions, risk assessments and needle exchange.
The successful applicant will have experience of youth work and substance misuse support and an understanding of issues impacting on a young person’s emotional well-being. They will be competent in working as part of multi-disciplinary team to ensure that young people and their families are able to access appropriate support. A working knowledge of criminal justice and mental health issues is desirable.

Salary Scale: NJC 20 – 25 £19,430 – £22,658 pro rata based on 37 hours FTE.
Hours: 37 hours a week. This includes some evenings and weekends.
