Project Manager – Advice Centre and NSP


No Limits is a Youth, Information, Advice and Counselling service (YIACS) based in Southampton. Our mission is to help relieve and prevent suffering caused by mental or physical ill-health or social and economic circumstances. We believe that all young people should be offered access to advice and support to help them explore their options, gain skills and resources and feel empowered to make informed decisions.   

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to co-manage our busy open access Advice centre along with a portfolio of projects. Working alongside the Service Manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the staff teams including volunteers and students. You will be responsible for ongoing evaluation and development of the services and ensuring the services achieve the desired targets and outcomes.  Experience of offering information, advice and support to young people alongside the management of staff is desirable 

The role will require an ongoing commitment to the safeguarding of children and young people, to the monitoring and development of the service and a passion for promoting the involvement of young people in the planning, delivery and evaluation of the work. 

Salary Scale: SCP 22 (£26, 317 pro rata based on 37 hours FTE) 

Hours: 31 hours a week. This may include some evenings and weekends.
