Are you sleeping on the streets or on a friend’s sofa? Not sure where to go next or who to turn to?

Here at No Limits we can give you information and advice about housing and homelessness to help support you in your situation. We can also provide practical support such as clean clothes, a shower, or food in a crisis. We can talk with you about your options and help you find accommodation either with family or friends, in supported housing or in the private rented sector.

You can visit our Advice Centre without making an appointment to get information and advice and use our washing and laundry facilities.

You can receive one-to-one support if you are at risk of homelessness or want support settling into or maintaining a tenancy through our Community Support Project for 16-25 year olds.

Community Support

Covid19 Update: for help with your tenancy or housing situation, income, benefits, bills, debts and budgeting, as well as education, training, work and life skills. Referrals are as normal and appointments are taking place over the phone.

Community Support to help support 16-25 year olds with maintaining a tenancy, settling into a new tenancy or you are at risk of homelessness. Our specialist Community Support Workers will work with you on a one-to-one basis in your home, in the community or from our open access Advice Centre in Southampton.

As well as supporting you with your tenancy or housing situation, we can help you with communicating with your landlord or friends and family, income, benefits, bills, debts and budgeting, as well as education, training, work and life skills.

The Community Support service is part of a partnership between No Limits, Two Saints and the YMCA.

Non-stop support

No Limits have helped me non-stop since 2012 with mental health and counselling. When I was homeless and pregnant in 2017 they supported me and helped me with food vouchers, washing and general support.
