Time 4 U

Time4U are groups for young people aged 8-12 and 11-18 with a learning disability and whose parents/carers are registered with the Buzz network.

Does your learning difficulty make it hard to make friends? Would you like to meet with other likeminded young people for some fun? Our trained staff will ensure you have fun and are supported.

We run weekly sessions for young people aged 8-12 and 11-18 in a central location, providing the opportunity for you to meet with likeminded young people, make friends, have fun and talk about things that are important to you.

Sessions are fun and full of activities to take part in, such as cooking, playing games, watching films, arts and crafts, and trips out too. The support groups are also a safe place to talk about any issues you may be facing, whether that’s to do with online safety, self-esteem and confidence, relationships or your emotional health and well-being.

The staff at Time4U are very friendly and will help you get involved with the group in a way that feels safe and comfortable for you.  We regularly ask the groups for details of things that they like to do and try to include as many of these activities as possible. If you’d like one of our friendly staff to meet with you to explain more, please get in touch.
