No Limits run therapeutic groups which are designed to give you practical support with your emotional health and well-being in a group atmosphere. Our therapeutic groups include:

Emotional Resilience

Emotional Resilience is a 7 week group that runs with a weeks break in the middle, split into groups for over and under 17 years old.

This group covers understanding and identifying emotions, the physical effects of anger and anxiety, triggers, self-awareness and self-esteem. The second half of this group allows young people to choose a little more of what they want to cover so that the programme can adapt to fit the needs of those attending. This is a closed group and attendance is expected at all sessions, which will be done over Zoom.

When and where:

For young people aged 11-16: Beginning on Tuesday 25th August 4pm-5pm, via Zoom.

For young people aged 17-25: Beginning on Thursday 27th August 4.30pm-5.30pm, via Zoom.
