No Limits run therapeutic groups which are designed to give you practical support with your emotional health and well-being in a group atmosphere. Our therapeutic groups include:

Emotional Resilience

Emotional Resilience is an 8 week group for anyone aged 11-25 (split into different age groups) and living in the SO14-SO19 postcode.

This group covers understanding and identifying emotions, the responses to stress and physical effects of emotions, negative thinking, triggers, self-esteem, and self-compassion. This is a safe place to meet people with similar feelings and experiences. The programme can be flexible to ensure that we can meet the support needs of those attending.

When and where: Our emotional resilience groups are currently being delivered via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays, depending on the age group. This is a closed group and attendance is expected at all sessions.

Referrals are open and groups run for 8 weeks consecutively.

If you would like to join or get any more information about the emotional resilience groups, please phone 02380224224 or email

The SHINE group, formerly called ‘Women’s group’, is a group for young people aged 18-25 who identify themselves as female.

The aim of the group is to provide a safe place for young people to meet for support, as well as being an opportunity to make new friends, have fun, develop your skills, get inspired and learn more about yourself.

We are very flexible and work according to the group’s suggestions. Some of the topics you can expect are:

  • Self-esteem, relationships, and mental health talk
  • Self-care and self-compassion
  • Cooking
  • Arts and crafts
  • Games
  • Music
  • Pamper sessions

If you’d like to join our SHINE group, which is currently taking place virtually via Zoom every Wednesday 16:00-17:30, please phone 02380 224 224 or email:
