Covid19 Update: We are accepting referrals as normal with assessments completed over the phone, including signposting and referring on for support.

Are you feeling worried, angry or upset? Struggling to cope? Feeling bad about yourself? Or are you feeling a bit low and not enjoying life?

Lots of young people feel this way, so you are not alone. Getting the right support as soon as possible can help you to feel better and achieve the things you want to.

The Social Prescribing service is for young people aged 13-25 who are experiencing emotional health and wellbeing issues (eg. feeling stressed, worried, lonely or not enjoying things). You may recognise that you are isolating yourself from others and that you would like to access support, but that you’re not sure how to, or where to start.  We’re here to help.

Our Social Prescription Worker can meet with you for an informal chat and take time to listen and understand your needs. Together we can agree a well-being plan that focuses on your priorities and connects you with activities, events and organisations that can help you feel better.

Taking part in sport, creative arts, volunteering or peer support groups are all examples of activities that would form part of your well-being plan.

Social Prescribing is more than a signposting service and our support doesn’t end there. We will check in with you monthly to see how you are feeling and make sure you are still receiving the support you need.

A helping hand…

No Limits are brilliant, they do the best work. Talking to you guys enables me to get through the week.
