About the Centre: 
Our Advice Centre is an informal, friendly ‘one stop shop’ for you to get help with any issues that you may be facing, including homelessness, relationships, sexual health, sexuality, alcohol and drug abuse, health and wellbeing issues, education, employment, finances and energy advice.
Visit alone or with a friend for support, no appointment needed.

  • Work Club Thursdays 2-4pm. Support with Job hunting, careers advice, CV writing, mock interviews and training opportunities;
  • No Limits Xtra One to one appointment based support over any complex issue that is holding you back.
  • CAMHS Early Intervention Every Tuesday between 1:30-4:30pm an Early Intervention CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services) Practitioner offers appointments at the No Limits Advice Centre for young people who may need support from the CAMHS service.
