Feedback and complaints

Please get in touch with us if you have any feedback on our services, whether positive or negative.

We want to provide a good service to everyone who uses our services. If we fail to do this we want to know about it. This will help us deal with the specific problem and avoid it happening again.

Complaints

If you are making a complaint about our services:

  1. You will be invited to speak to a member of staff.
  2. If this does not resolve things, you will be offered the chance to meet with a Manager or the Operations Manager.
  3. If things are still not resolved the complaint will go to the Management Committee, who will make sure the matter is investigated again and speak to everyone involved.

Have Your Say consultation

Twice a year we hold our Have Your Say consultation, when young people who use No Limits’ services are given the chance to fill out a questionnaire to let us know how we are doing. The next consultation will take place in December.
